During morning observations, the client exhibited difficulty interacting with his peers in a positive manner and remaining focused during his morning station work. During Midday the client was able to interact with his peers in a positive manner while participating in the class reading circle. During afternoon observations, the client exhibited difficulty with following directions on the first prompt while in the library for resource. QMHP-C greeted the client upon arrival to the school setting. During morning observations, QMHP-C redirected the client and reiterated the importance of interacting with his peers in a positive manner and remaining focused on his class work. Midday QMHP-C provided the client with verbal praise and encouraged him to continue to interact with his peers in a positive manner. During afternoon observations, QMHP-C redirected the client and reiterated the importance of following directions on the first prompt. The client actively engaged in Therapeutic Day Treatment services throughout the day. The client responded well towards services as evidenced by positive feedback. During morning observations, the client was receptive to redirection and agreed to remain focused and interact with peers in a positive manner while completing his work. Midday the client continued to interact with his peers in a positive manner while participating in the class reading circle. During afternoon observations, the client was receptive to redirection and agreed to follow directions on the first prompt while in the library for resource. The client also agreed to continue to track his behavior on his self-monitoring chart.
